To effectively manage multiple businesses, Kymber holds morning huddles with her teams to help set priorities, align team members, and ensure everyone is on the same page. They provide a touchpoint for geographically dispersed teams and help maintain a clear focus on priorities, progress, and the allocation of tasks. Kymber divides her morning huddles into two sessions, one for each business she oversees. This structured approach ensures she has a strong connection with each team and maintains visibility into their daily activities. The huddles also serve as a springboard for her team leaders to replicate the process within their teams. - Maintain an Element of Spontaneity
